your life, your way!
Now’s the time to live
My Story
I am a health-nut and highly intuitive Mom (you might be too) and I regularly channel my father, higher-self, spirit guides, Source and the keepers of my Akashic Records. I lean into ease and magic, and I let my spiritual senses and emotions guide me toward the manifestation of my dreams. Despite diagnoses of Depression and Fibromyalgia, I am loving life and thriving!
But I haven’t always been this way.
I was raised attending the Catholic Church, and it didn’t feel safe to ask spiritual questions. When I did ask, the answers didn’t align with my deep sense of knowing.
At age 20, my beloved Dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and we were gifted with the opportunity to have deep conversations in the hospital. After admitting that he really didn’t know where he was going after the death of his body, we made a deal: He would do everything he could to communicate with me from his side and I would do everything I could on my end to communicate with him.
Within an hour of his passing, the radio came on in the hospital room TV playing “Angel” by one of my fav artists, Sarah McLachlan. There was no remote in the room. When I asked the nurse if it could be my Dad she said “yes” and shared that it happened in the hospice unit often, as spirits can easily manipulate electronics. Huh!
The brutal grief that followed that day was interrupted by magical moments of my Dad:
Turning on the radio in my alarm clock
Flickering or turning the lights in my home on and off
Loudly turning on the empty tape deck in my car while I was sobbing
Bursting into the awareness of a Medium at a Spiritual event when I slinked in late into the back row
These moments of connection brought a spark of joy to my heart, just knowing that my Dad was still with me.
Seeing a Reiki master was my next big awakening. While she opened my energy channels, this master started to receive loving, supportive messages from my Dad. He shared he needed to choose a secure job to support his family, but his heart wanted to be an inventor. He saw this same creativity in me and encouraged me to be true to myself and take risks. Seeing myself as and “entrepreneur” used to give me shudders, but now it doesn’t.
At one point, she said “look at your Dad. He’s right there looking at you” and I saw him for myself on the screen in my mind. He was looking down at me through what looked like a portal window on a ship. It was so wonderful to see him! While his lips weren’t moving, I could “hear” what he was saying to me through my spiritual hearing and knowing.
My Dad’s passing ignited my path toward so much wisdom, including:
Fear is a signpost that your divine path is on the other side of it
Keep your mind and heart open. So much more exists beyond the programming of your childhood and past lives.
Strong, uncomfortable emotions are signs that a message is trying to get your attention
We are never truly alone and are unconditionally loved
There is so much divine guidance available to us. All we need do is ask.
I went on to become a Reiki level 3 practitioner (ask me about that journey; it was wild and affirming) and received my Certifications in Health and Life coaching after a 10-month trip throughout southeast Asia with my four and seven-year-old kiddos.
I am deeply fulfilled by helping women learn the magic of their own intuition, and how to trust and follow it.
Are you ready to learn the deepest desires of your heart?
Trashy reality TV shows that involve social experiments. Think “Love is Blind”, “Too Hot To Handle“. Ugh I know! But also… riiiiight?!? Wink wink.
Adventure travel, especially with my family. My best memories to date are living in Vietnam, feeling the soul of a manta ray while scuba diving in Indonesia, riding a camel near the pyramids of Cairo, and doing a shark cage dive and safari with my kids in South Africa. Central America is next!
Baking and eating low sugar, dairy and gluten free treats. I make a mean pumpkin chocolate muffin!
Yoga, hiking, camping, campfires, backcountry camping, skating and snowshoeing.
Playing board games. “Telestrations” or “Things” are hilarious to play with a large group or multi-families. Play around a campfire with chocolate? Heaven!
Connecting deeply with others.
Reading. I am known to rotate between a great novel and an educational book that has something to do with holistic wellbeing.
Exploring nature. I have a new interest in foraging. Hubby and I are going to start with learning about edible wild mushrooms!
